Outlaw Offroad accepts returns on certain products in exchange for store credit. If you received an incorrect or damaged item or have any questions about the returns process, please contact us immediately.
Returning products to Outlaw Offroad is easy!
Follow these steps

- Submit your return
- Check your email
- Prepare your product for return
- Return your product
- Receive your credit
Outlaw Offroad gladly accepts returns for merchandise credit under the following conditions:
- Product is unused and in its original condition
- Product includes the original packaging and tags
- Product is returned to Outlaw Offroad within 30 days from the date you received it* *Items purchased during December will be accepted until January 31st.
If your product meets the eligibility qualifications, submit an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request.Submit RMA Request
Once your return submission is approved, a prepaid return label along with instructions on how to use it will be sent to the email address associated with your order number. If you don't receive this email within 48 hours, check your junk mail.
*If your return is time sensitive, you can't locate our email or are unable to issue a return online for any reason, please contact us and we'll get you taken care of immediately. 949-581-5001
Remember, products returned without their original, undamaged packaging will not be accepted. For example, if you are returning a pair of shocks, don't duct tape the return label directly to the shocks manufacturer's packaging. Stick the shocks in the undamaged manufacturer's box then find another box to ship it all back to us in.

Who Pays for Return Shipping Cost?
If the return is due to manufacturer defect or Outlaw Offroad error, we pay for return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
You will receive a notification email as soon as your return is processed and we have deposited the appropriate credit into your account. This will take 1-5 business days after we receive your return.
